1. Access to the B&B: It is compulsory to give notice to the B&B owner of the arrival and departure dates of the guests, for the registration by law.
2. Respect of the house environment: The greatest respect and protection for the house environment are required to our guests, in common areas.
3. Respect for the quiet: It is rightful the respect for the silence in the night and during the afternoon rest (hours 1.00 – 4.00 P.M. / 11.00 P.M. – 8:30 A.M.). Use of TV is allowed only in a low volume. In order to guarantee the peaceful stay the B&B administrator is authorized to send out anyone who does not observe the rules of the regulation.
4. Stay conditions: Reservations and cancellations – in order to confirm a booking for a stay in our B&B, guests are requested to pay by wire transfer or by credit card (with PayPal service on the home page) a deposit equivalent to the 30% of the agreed amount.
The request of cancellation of a reservation, formulated in adequate advance, can bring to the partial or total return of the deposit, in accordance with the following conditions: for cancellation notice received 60 days or more before the arrival date: total return; for cancellation notice received between 59 and 20 days before the arrival date: return of 50%; if such a period elapses the B&B administration will keep the whole amount. The request of cancellation has to be sent by email at info@bblalocandiera.com. Reservations and cancellations will be valid once they are confirmed to the guest by the B&B owner.
Payments (deposit and balance) – When making a reservation, a deposit must to be paid. The balance amount for the stay must to be paid at the time of departure.
The payment of the balance amount must be by Euros cash.
From 0 up to 3 years old children are accomodated for free.
The B&B can not accomodate pets.
5. Prohibitions: It is absolutely forbidden to make use of stoves or similar in the rooms to prepare food or drinks, or any other heat generating device except for those used for the ordinary toilet.
No smoking inside the house environment.
