Half day tour to the discovery of the Etruscan civilization! We’ll show you the archaelogical site of the necropolis of one of the most important Etruscan cities: Caisra (Caere for the Romans; nowdays Cerveteri).
The Etruscan civilization of ancient Italy covered a large territory known as Etruria.The earliest evidence of the Etruscan culture dates from about 900 BCE and it endured until it was assimilated into Roman society since the late 4th century BC.
We are not going to give you a lecture – unless you want to – we will be informative but we won’t overdo with too many dates and names, we will make your visit fun with anecdotes and legends, you will have time for a coffee or an ice cream: we know you are here on holiday and your holiday is meant to be relaxing and fun!
